In this guide, we’ll show you the ID documents you can use to verify your identity based on the country you signed up in.
Accepted IDs for Canadian Users
If you created your Zole account in Canada, you can use the following documents to verify your identity:
- Canadian International Passport
- Canadian Permanent Resident Card (Not the Temporary one)
- Canadian-issued Province ID
- Canadian Driver’s License
Accepted IDs for Nigerian Users
If you created your Zole account in Nigeria, you can use the following documents to verify your identity:
- National Identification Number (NIN)
- International Passport
- Driver’s License
- Voter’s Card
Tips for Uploading your ID
To ensure a smooth verification process, here are some tips:
- Make sure your document is valid and not expired.
- Take your ID photo in good lighting to ensure all details are visible.
- Upload both sides of your ID if required (e.g., Driver’s License).
